**All Roundtable reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation (credit card) or day of the event (cash/check). Reservations may be made online, via phone or in person with cash, check, Navigator Transfer or credit card. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date will be fully refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
***Photographs and/or video will be taken at the Roundtable. By taking part in this event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims.
